During the Connecticut launch, Fanatics Sportsbook secured the coveted position of the official odds provider for all CT Lottery sports betting retail kiosks, spanning various sports like basketball, hockey, baseball, martial arts, and more. The partnership extended to the upgrade of retail locations with new branding and the introduction of self-service betting kiosks, enhancing the overall sports betting experience for customers.

As part of its commitment to responsible gaming, Fanatics Sportsbook incorporated key features during the soft launch, including altered hours of operation for the first week and a cap of 2,000 customers for the online platform. The platform also boasts a customer-centric loyalty program, offering FanCash, where users can earn up to 5 percent of their wager back. This FanCash can be redeemed for bonus bets or merchandise through the Fanatics website, showcasing the brand’s dedication to enhancing user engagement.

In a strategic move to provide an immersive experience, Fanatics partnered with Genius Sports to introduce BetVision—a live sports betting product. This innovative feature allows customers to place bets while live-streaming select NFL games through the app, merging the thrill of live sports with the excitement of in-the-moment betting.
