Dinner, debate, and debut of new bill: SiGMA iGathering brings Ukrainian gaming industry to the capital, with guest of honour Boris Baum, Advisor to the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine joining panel discussion

SiGMA Group is pleased to announce its second European iGathering event this year. The conference and dinner will be held in Kiev, Ukraine, on the 27 August, at the Premier-Palace Hotel.

Registration and networking drinks start at 6pm, followed by a panel discussion on the newly-signed bill on gambling legislation in Ukraine and later a lavish dinner with entertainment from singer Lilia Korolyuk.

The event will cater to an exclusive guest list of industry leaders; with SiGMA providing a much-needed platform to unite key players, particularly those based in Ukraine, such as operators, affiliates, regulators, government officials, legislators and members of the tourism sector.

The iGathering will kick off with a welcome note from SiGMA Group founder, Eman Pulis, followed by a few words from panel moderator and SiGMA Brand Ambassador for the CIS Region, Denis Dzyubenko.

The first panel will see 4 acclaimed speakers join for a 20 minute in-depth discussion focussing on the new law. Iryna Sergienko, Artem Kuzmenko, and Alexey Yevchenko – including guest of honour for the evening, Advisor to the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Boris Baum, will discuss the bill and its impact on Ukraine’s gambling and business market. A brief Q&A session will then take place before a second panel made up of SiGMA’s generous sponsors, Posh Friends, FavBet, Evoplay Entertainment, TrueFlip, and TVBET closes the debate.

The law allows opening casinos, bookmaker’s offices, including on the Internet, slot machine halls on the territory of Ukraine, and organising sites for online poker.

The localised event, which is predominantly for those already based in Ukraine will be held in strict accordance with Ukraine’s requirements for health and safety, with all possible measures taken to ensure the welfare of guests and speakers.
