Pennsylvania Lottery breaks new ground with EZ eInstants launch

The Pennsylvania Lottery has made history as the first in the United States to introduce a new category of eInstant games from Allwyn-owned Instant Win Gaming (IWG).

The new category, EZ eInstants, is specifically designed to provide players with a simpler instant-play experience and features a linked jackpot powered by IWG’s Instant Jackpots technology. The initial launch includes three games: Prospector’s Gold Rush, Firework Fortune Frenzy, and Treasure Tomb, with more titles planned for release in the coming months.

Rhydian Fisher, CEO at IWG, praised the Pennsylvania Lottery for the launch, emphasising the importance of strategic content suppliers offering a variety of gameplay experiences as iLottery programmes?evolve to cater to specific player groups. Fisher expressed, “This new category launch is very exciting and, frankly, is a rare occurrence in the iLottery industry.”

Drew Svitko, Executive Director at Pennsylvania Lottery, expressed excitement for the new EZ eInstant category, highlighting that these games will provide new experiences and appeal to a broader audience, potentially boosting revenues for older Pennsylvanians. According to Svitko, “As iLottery programmes?mature, we feel it is critical as a strategic content supplier to offer various gameplay experiences. These EZ eInstants will cater to a specific group of Lottery players, providing the Pennsylvania Lottery with an opportunity to engage with new players for their iLottery programme.”
